Forever 21 has some really nice bags on the cheap side.

Mmm... American Eagle Outfitts or Zara got nice bags and they aren't sooo expensive.

i've been drooling over this bag for a while now and i think it's the perfect mix of an expensive/cheap bag, plus totally versatile!

This Marc Jacobs without quilting. And this one is quite nice too.

Target always has good cheap bags. I especially like the Gryson line.

i love vintage bags! bags that look worn and boho, i'm digging a lot of bags that are cheap, but have that shabby look. if you want brand new bags, but don't want to spend $$, i really like a store in SF called: ambiance, or bags from top shop are pretty cool too!

Zara has nice bags that look expensive but are in fact inexpensive and mulberry has the most amazing expensive ones.you can go to the online store.

I really don't understand why you need an expensive bag and a cheap one. If you were looking for difference colors or different sizes I could really understand it, but the price criteria is too much for me. It's not like you are going to wear it with the price tag on.
